My Mistakes, My Future.

Form 6....actually i never expected that i'll attending form 6. You know...i mean, i've a normal dreams like to be a doctor, engineer or even scientist (juz..what the hell am i thinking, i've never score A in chemistry!). As for me...to be doctor, engineer, scientist and whatsoever professional careers are a child's dream. I mean child's dream always general. As we grown up...we learn more about life and starting from there, we knew that the career prospect far wider than we expected.

Taking a science stream in form 4&5 is a BIG mistake i made. Science stream constitutes of Biology, Chemistry (The theory are unacceptable), Physics and Add math (first time i pass in trial SPM exam). At the time i made a decision, i knew that i'm not good in science subjects. i'm more to RIGHT brain. But, i was Influenced by my friends and family. You know what are in my mind at that time? It's just like..."Hey, all of them were taking science, so why am I thinking of taking art stream? If they can then I can." So, the know-nothing of me decided to take part in science.

At first, form 6 never crossed in my mind since one day, my dad suggested i choose form 6 instead of matriculation, foundation or diploma programmes. Honestly, the suggestion turned me down and was very disappointing. I feel like my dad belittled me and underestimate my potential. I never agreed to form 6 until one day i did some research about form 6. I found that form 6 is more interesting. Once you in form 6 that means one of your leg is in university. If i choose form 6 then i will face STPM or (Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia/ Malaysian Higher School Certificate).STPM  is a pre-university examination taken by students in Malaysia. It was formerly known as the Higher School Certificate (HSC). The HSC was the precursor to the GCE A levels in the UK, and is still the name of the pre-university examination in some states in Australia.

Form 6 is separated into two levels, the first half year is Lower Sixth Form (Tingkatan Enam Rendah/Bawah) and Upper Sixth Form (Tingkatan Enam Atas) is the other whole year. A major difference in Form 6 compared to other pre-university courses is that the medium of instruction is in Bahasa Melayu the national language of Malaysia. Hence it is not popular among international students and its popularity is also waning among local Malaysians students as more parents are sending their children to A-levels, foundation or diploma programs. Another major disadvantage is that it only has one intake in the year.

Now...i get it. God knows. God knows more than we do. Now, i can learn from the mistake. From there i learnt that experience is simply the name we give our mistakes. From the mistake i know my true self and my limitations. The successful man will profit from his mistakes and try again in a different way. :)
